The Bipolar Spectrum Diagnostic Scale (BSDS) was developed by Ronald Pies, MD and was later refined and tested by S. Nassir Ghaemi, MD, MPH and colleagues.  If once you have answered the questions and scored your responses and you suspect that you have a Bipolar Disorder, then make an appointment with a clinician to receive treatment and help.
